After writing a proposal in Education Technology and Communication for using Information Communication Technology (ICT) to improve a communication problem of practice, I created an infographic outlining the information we would explore in the final written paper.

For my project, I explored how to leverage my student's use of social media to build a community of inquiry. I theorized how I could use social media marketing techniques to improve student use of the Learning Management System (LMS). Through this, I learned how the LMS infrastructure and my use of it might create invisible barriers to student use and engagement. This assignment also served as the inspiration for my Master's project on digital backchannels.
